Peace Disturbed

The devil tries to attack us in many ways with sins, but his ultimate goal is this: to disturb our peace. 

Reflect on the past few days — when have we lost our peace? So often, we don’t even notice when it happens. 

A bad mood suddenly comes on because we get distracted, or frustrated, or stressed, or negative, or cynical. This is the devil sneaking into our lives. And, we’re doing exactly what he wants — letting things outside of our control make us lose our peace. 

Don’t let him succeed. Let our joy and hope prevail.
